There are a lot of effective leaders in all over the word. In order to have the accomplishments, they have to experience lot of difficulties and challenges. Thus,becoming a good leader does not only require a wide knowledge but also a good personality. This essay will examine the characteristics of a good leader.
One of the most important of a good leader is well educated. All of good leader require a wide and deep knowledge that are experienced by studying and working years. Also,after becoming a leader,they still study because the more the world changes everyday, the more they keep studying, as a proverb :"a scientist is not mean that he stops studying". In brief,a good education is really important to all of us,especially to whom want become a great leader.
Another characteristic of a good leader is personality. Firstly, self-confident, which leader has to have,is very vital because if he is timid, he can not`get his opinion cross at the meeting and no-one will not count on and follow his idea. Moreover,a good leader always think and accentuate the positive because his zealous is also a motivation for the employees to work. To illustrate,if a leader usually gloom and depress, his employees also feel negative, do not want to work,especially the company might be bankrupt. Additionally, each employee has different personality, so the argument and conflict between employees can not to avoid. Therefore,a good leader need to have a composure and ability to resolve the conflicts.
To sum up, it is not easy to become a good leader as we think, they have to experience a lot of difficulties to get an achievement. However, the foundation of the characteristics of a good leader are well educated and good personality. I think that if the more you try, the sooner you will get the result.

Yes, personality is important. If people don't like the leader, they probably won't work as hard. But, if they like the leader, they will probably work harder.
